Teaching Greetings
Description
Training an employee for new skills is best done with patience and encouragement. In this episode, an employee is trained in reception skills, and the team leader is overly critical. She then assigns the task of training to another team member, who patiently teaches her co-worker how to address and greet visitors, and how to build rapport and make visitors feel comfortable.
