Description
Differences in culture and work styles can lead to tension on the job, and it's up to the Manager to resolve the situations. In this episode, Anne and Kim have multiple issues with each other, from personal hygiene and personal space, to insensitive comments and work attire, this relationship is spinning out of control. Finally, Anne takes the lead and starts an open discussion on their differences. Through this conversation and the feedback they give each other, they are able to come to a resolution for an effective working relationship.
