Statements by Clyde Snow (forensic anthropologist), Aryeh Neier (executive director, Human Rights Watch), Madeleine Albright, Elie Wiesel, Lawrence Eagleberger, Feryal Gharahi (Equality Now), Zeljko Raznjatovic "Arkan" and Radovan Karadzic are included.
