Cherif Bassiouni, DePaul University law professor heading the UN War Crimes Commission, speaks about the character of the Tribunal. Statements by Clyde Snow (forensic anthropologist), Aryeh Neier (executive director, Human Rights Watch), Madeleine Albright, Elie Wiesel, Lawrence Eagleberger, Feryal Gharahi (Equality Now), Zeljko Raznjatovic "Arkan" and Radovan Karadzic are included. Also included are brief reports on other human rights issues in the world and a segment on a Croatian musician, Nenad Bach. Footage of prison camps, massacres, and the Nuremberg trials, is shown.
