This documentary is a day in the life of the rock band Europe. Filmed as the band was traveling from Tillburg, Holland to London, the band prepares for a performance at the Carling Apollo Hammersmith Theatre. There are personal interviews about the past, present and the future of the band and also on stage talking about their equipment, and riding around in taxis in London. Also included are two songs from their sound check ("Heart of Stone" and "Spirit of the Underdog") as well as their latest music videos and discographies.
