Management Styles. Authoritarian and Delegative. #2
Description
Management styles can be broadly categorized into four types. In this program, we examine the second two styles: authoritarian and delegative. As two recruitment companies meet for their annual bowling showdown, the characteristics of each management style are examined. This program is an ideal stimulus for thought and discussion about the benefits, disadvantages, and implications of adopting different approaches to management in relation to the diversity of people and staff encountered in any workplace.
