The Basis for a Comeback
Description
Machiavelli wrote The Prince during a time when Italy was under the dominion of foreign powers; the book was largely intended as advice for Italy's key political figures, and its final chapter in particular advises them on helping the country "recover its strength and ancient power." Based on the last chapter of The Prince, this program examines the factors that constitute the basis for a successful comeback in business. With Dr. Ulrich Bez (CEO, Aston Martin), who uses a quotation from Henry Ford as inspiration, and Jan Carlzon, Philip Kotler, and Jim Buckmaster.
