ICT in the Real World. A Case Study in Problem Solving
Description
The development team has realized that the Web site scheduled to go live tomorrow still has a number of bugs to be worked out. Their supervisor believes that 'What the client doesn't know won't hurt him. How should the team proceed? This program outlines a specific methodology for solving Information and Communication Technology problems, with an emphasis on the value of good communication between tech staff and their customers. Using a real-life business as an example, it takes viewers from designing, developing, and testing solutions, to implementation, evaluation, and reporting on outcomes, so that ICT professionals can meet users' needs with a minimum of frustration on both sides.
