Ville et Campagne. Town and Country
Description
Although most French people live in or near a city, many say they would prefer to live in the country. In this program, everyday people talk about where they live and where they go to engage in recreational sports. Also, a sociologist discusses Cergy-Pontoise, a recently created "agglomeration community" on the outskirts of Paris, and a visit is paid to a once-thriving municipality in the southwest of France called Vaour.
