Description
The escalation of U.S. forces under the administration of President Lyndon B. Johnson in the Vietnam War led to worldwide protests against the war. Martin Luther King Jr. spearheaded thousands of protests to march to the United Nations (UN) in New York, while thousands of others joined a similar protest in San Francisco.
