Wassily Kandinsky—The Greatest Painters of the World
Description
Born in Moscow, Wassily Kandinsky began painting when he was 30. Generally considered the creator of one of the first non-figural works in the history of modern art for a watercolor from 1910, he is one of the founders of Abstract art. While some elements of his work stand out immediately, others reveal themselves only to those who make the effort to deepen their understanding of his work and technique.
