My Southeast Asia. Episode 4
Description
Dr. Farish goes in search of the Bajau people, the last remaining sea nomads to understand what the “pirates” or seafarers of the Southeast Asian seas were all about. With the upcoming integration of ASEAN in 2015, Dr. Farish visits a school and then travels to Yangon to meet with high school students in order to get an understanding of what ASEA means to them. We later board the Fuji Maru Tokyo and meet with some of the young people who are participating on a 53-day cruise, which is part of the Southeast Asian Youth program.
