Description
This video offers the viewer the opportunity to develop a clear understanding of the trajectory and development of a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) relationship as it runs from the first session through to the last. Frank Wills, a highly experienced therapist and the author of several books on CBT, conducted a series of unscripted CBT therapy sessions with colleague Jan Gray, acting in the role of client. The video shows a number of excerpts from those sessions and discusses the work being done, giving the viewer a clear demonstration of CBT skills in practice.
