Description
Students and workshop participants will: 1. understand and conceptualize the root causes of violence; 2. be able to develop specific action plans to prevent and treat individual and community violence. The program presents a useful blend of lecturette and actual interviews with gang members. The gang members present powerful personal experiences which will bring the issue before your students as real emotional experience.
