Description
Members of a simulated "group" go through the various stages of a therapeutic experience from the beginning stage where members search for structure as the begin the process of self-disclosure, through a stormy transition phase until they resolve into a working group and eventually move to the final stage of termination. Also, examines the growth process of the group leaders as they start with uncertainty and increasingly become confident of their leadership skills.
