This video presents a lecture by Patricia Arrendondo, Arizona State University, on the counseling of Latinos and Latino families. Latinos are multi-generational, inter- ethnic, immigrant, and the fastest growing population in the U.S. The lecture includes the following topics: demographics, cultural values and world views, personal and family identity, societal stressors, healthcare orientations, and contemporary issues. Includes case examples with proposed interventions.
