Voyage en mémoires indiennes. One of many
Description
My name is Sally Tisiga. I am a member of the Kaska Nation, a member of the wolf tribe, one of many survivors of the Canadian integration laws. Sally's personal story lifts the veil from an unknown chapter of First Nations' history and highlights today's fight for who's in charge of the education. Acculturation, loss of identity, hardships, but also healing and hope for the next generation are the journey's steps we are about to live with Sally. Mon nom est Sally Tisiga. Je suis membre de la nation Kaska, membre du clan du loup, une survivante des lois d’intégration canadiennes, une parmi tant d’autres.
