Description
Volcanoes are inherently unpredictable, a trait which only heightens the potential danger of the forces lying beneath the earth’s surface. In efforts to reduce the death toll from natural disasters, volcanologists study active volcanoes at close range; but sometimes, trying to predict the unpredictable costs a terrible price.
