Description
Teaching Weightlifting Movements is designed to help coaches better understand how to teach weightlifting pulling movements to their athletes. In an easy-to-follow and apply manner, the video explains and demonstrates the proper technique for performing the clean and the squat clean, as well as several important assistance exercises. The types of errors that are often made when performing pulling movements are also reviewed.
