Flow yoga. Introduction to fluid movement
Description
Flow Yoga: Introduction to Fluid Movement is designed for novice- to intermediate-level participants in yoga practice, based on the tradition of Hatha flow yoga. The poses flow, one into the next, as a seamless sequence. The practice begins with specialized “pre-warm-up” moves that will prepare the exerciser’s joints and spine for the challenge of the work to follow. Next, the participant moves through modified sun salutations into poses for improved flexibility, balance, and strength in all parts of the body. The video is the ideal choice for individuals who have little or no experience of yoga, or if they are new to regular exercise.
