The Fit Over Fifty video series addresses the three major components of a comprehensive fitness program - cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and muscular fitness (strength and endurance). Each video in the series provides a relatively short workout that is easy to follow and fun to do. The series is designed to allow individuals to mix and match the various volumes to meet their exercise interests and needs in a safe, productive, and highly enjoyable manner. Fit Over Fifty: Step Workout offers 30 minutes of fun step combinations that keep a person moving, while burning lots of calories.
