Description
Indoor Cycling Endurance Training explains how to build up stamina by training for longer periods without pushing to exhaustion. The DVD presents and demonstrates pedaling drills that are designed to improve an individual’s level of exercise efficiency and strength so that person can train in the proper target heart-rate zone to build aerobic power. The DVD also discusses how individuals can measure their exercise intensity by using either heart-rate monitors or their own rate of perceived exertion.
