Core up
Description
Because an individual’s entire core — shoulders to hips — stabilizes the body, it’s critical to keep the core strong. It’s important to note that those sometimes-neglected upper-body muscles also have an essential role in stabilizing the body. Core Up reviews the musculature of the core and upper-body muscles, addresses any misconceptions fitness professionals may have, and provides them with a multitude of training techniques that they can use with their students and clients right away. The video is designed to be an exceptional resource for both personal trainers and group-exercise instructors.
