Creating unlimited exercises. Challenging the body appropriately
Description
Creating Unlimited Exercises: Challenging the Body Appropriately explains how to manipulate the seven variables involved in the exercise equation to develop exercises that will enable individual to not only achieve their personal fitness-related objectives, but also be given what they actually need. It discusses how to assess what exercisers want versus what they need, given what their joints, force-production capabilities, and muscular response will allow. It also looks at different training methodologies and deconstructs them, using the exercise equation to discredit the idea of the existence of "good" and "bad" exercises, as opposed to client-specific exercises.
