Filmed ten years after Marketing Leisure, this program visits the Guildford Spectrum recreation center and examines the ways in which the company's marketing approach changed. The DVD explores the center's use of such marketing tools as the Internet, e-mail, and word of mouth and investigates whether its increased revenue and commercial success has come at the cost of its commitment to the surrounding community.
