In one of the most spectacular shows of the season, Dries Van Noten turned the Paris art school, Ecole des Beaux Arts, into a seventies-era party with more than 200 giant disco balls; Christian Lacroix uses the same venue with a completely opposite effect. John Galliano throws a swashbuckling romp on his runway. Also showing an arty/intellectual side; Hussien Chalayan; Viktor & Rolf; and Vivienne Westwood. We also take a tour of the new Yves Saint Laurent museum and archive.
