BIOLAB. Intro. 13
Description
This instructional video, by eScience Labs, is an overview for a pair of lab experiments in which we will first use a Punnett square to determine the predicted inheritance patterns of a genetic cross, following this by conducting a simulation of the same cross using colored beads to represent the alleles passed from parents to offspring, then finally calculating the actual ratios of genotypes and phenotypes to see how the predicted results from the Punnett square compare with the actual results from our simulation.
