It looks at James Cheng's Denia in Vancouver, which combines apartments, town homes, retail, and green spaces; Peter Clewes's Tip Top Lofts, which occupy a converted downtown factory building; and Andrew Beharrel's Angel Waterside project, which has revitalized an old wharf in London.
