60 minutes. Family ties
Description
Welcome to a new kind of family. Every year, an estimated 30,000 children are born in the U.S. to women who have been artificially inseminated with sperm from anonymous donors. Most of the children grow up never knowing their biological fathers or that they may even have half-siblings. But now, that's changing -- creating 'family ties' unimaginable just a few years ago. Steve Kroft reports.
