Who won the war?
Description
One year after the end of the war, the widely publicized belief in Kosovo these days is that the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) won the war against the Serbs. If they are to be believed, NATO had but a bit part in this victory. The UN's role in Kosovo these days is that of an "impotent policeman" with few ethnic-Albanians bothering to heed their authority. We see the ethnic-Albanian leadership in action and also see that any agreement with the Serbs who once ruled this land is seemingly impossible.
