As many as a million lives were lost and over two million refugees created as a result of the decades-long strife between members of Hutu and Tutsi ethnic groups in the Central African republic of Rwanda. This program reports on what has happened since the genocidal attacks in Rwanda. We discover that despite its many problems, there is hope in Rwanda today. Many people there are beginning to rebuild their lives. Part of that healing process includes marriage and here we see the producers of this program were invited to attend a wedding ceremony - an inspiring way to re-affirm life and a belief in the future. Also host Charlayne Hunter-Gault speaks with Human Rights Watch Director Kenneth Roth about the causes of ethnic conflict and the search for justice, reconciliation, peace and truth.
