Description
World-renowned scientists lead by oceanographer Scott Glenn are racing against time to design, build and launch the first transatlantic autonomous underwater robot. RU27 or Scarlet will explore the vast uncharted waters of the North Atlantic collecting critical data necessary for future climate models on her journey toward Spain. It is a one-hour television documentary on new science, deep-sea adventure and history in the making.
