Description

This comic opera of the famous Jacques Offenbach, composed before the Franco-Prussian War of 1870, tells the story of Falsacappa's band of robbers, who plan to kidnap the princess of Granada (intended to marry the Duke of Mantua) to seize her dowry. Under the musical direction of François-Xavier Roth, this performance filmed at the Opéra Comique leads us into this incredible adventure.
