Louisiana prison riots
Description
Monday, December 13th is another typical day in St. Martinsville, a small town in southern Louisiana. Near the center of town is the St. Martinsville Parish Correctional Center, where 166 prisoners are confined for crimes ranging from murder to petty theft. Included in this group are over two dozen federal prisoners detained for the Immigration and Naturalization Service. But what happens inside the prison next is anything but typical.
