Description
This lesson teaches students the concept of the slope of a line. The slope of a line is defined in terms of the rise and the run of the points on the line and students are taught how to calculate this slope. In addition, students are taught how to read the slope directly from an equation of a line. Numerous examples are worked to reinforce the material.
