Dugong war

Description

In 1998 the Australian government created the world's first dugong sanctuaries on the Great Barrier Reef, in response to concerns about the animal's dwindling numbers. But scientists, politicians and the fishing industry are divided as to the effectiveness and indeed relevance of the sanctuaries.
