The consumer, business & the fair trading act
Description
The Fair Trading Act and the Trade Practices Act regulate all consumer transactions in Australia. Law Vision has released a new production on the law and the consumer. The rights and duties of both the seller/business and buyer/consumer are examined in detail. It examines both the Federal and State systems, the formation of a contract, the role of the courts and provides an in-depth look at the legislation itself. In addition, a compliance program for business is discussed.
