Description
A story on Timkat in Ethiopia, a celebration of the baptism of Christ. Story follows young Kibkab Wube Wodemariam, as he strives to become a priest in the Ethiopian Orthodox Church, and to take part in Timkat. Other shots and sequences include history of the religion, the Christian school in Lalibela, and the festival with priests carrying replicas of the Ark of the Covenant and worshipers taking part in celebration.
