India Heatwave - A region in India's south has suffered a devastating heatwave killing nearly 500 people. Illegal Logging - Indonesian authorities are battling to prevent logging in one of its most precious forests. Desertification - A look at China's largest desert which is growing at an alarming rate affecting Japan and Taiwan. Brazil Bio-gas - A look at electricity being made from the toxic gases of Rio de Janeiro's enormous waste levels. Orchids - Here we visit the annual New York international orchid show. Ozone - An alarming look at the hole over Antarctica which is now the size of North America, the same as 2000. Hong Kong Harbour - Here We look at proposals to preserve Hong Kong's amazing harbour.
