This TV series, created in cooperation with the Korean Women Workers Associations United, illustrates Korean women fighting for respect in a male-dominated workplace. -- Episode 1: The First Time - In the eyes of her mother, SY is a lazy, good-for-nothing tomboy who has her head in the clouds and would do better to prepare her brother's dinner. But SY dreams of becoming a photographer, spending her spare time dreamily perusing camera magazines. SY decides to take a job working the night shift at a nearby gas station, despite the owner's reservations of having a girl work at such late hours. As her young coworker asks her out and shady businessmen frequent the station, can SY bear her new responsibilities? -- Episode 2: Mi Sun's Story - Mi-Sun is a diligent, cheerful worker, but she and her husband are saddled with bad credit. Recently pregnant, she works hard to afford a house as well as her unborn child. Her diligence has earned her the title of employee of the month, and she hopes to be rewarded with a full-time job offer. But when her boss praises her looks and personality more than her efforts, she must choose between her dignity and her job. -- Episode 3: What Happened - What do you do when you are almost raped, but not quite? Late one night, Jane was pinned down and fondled by her coworker Bobby. But because it stopped there, her boss and friends tell her to just forget about it. Over a decade later, Jane is forced to deal with the trauma and memories that haunt her. -- Episode 4: Gak-Joo-Gu-Kum - All the female employees working under Mr. Yoo have quit, and Mi-Yung might follow in their footsteps. Between Mr. Yoo's orders to buy him coffee and the unabated stream of abuse mouthed by her coworker Han-San, Mi-Yung has developed stomach pain due to her stressful work environment. But when the attractive Hyung-Joo joins the team, the two girls set out to establish personal boundaries and gain respect.
