Learn about counter-irritants, how to make your own lotion, exercise demonstrations and more. Demonstration of flexibility ROM stretches are presented in an easy to follow-along routine. Strengthening and endurance exercises are discussed as well as functional exercises which can be incorporated into ADLs. Basic learning level.
