Knot so stressed
Description
Knot So Stressed details how poor posture developed through people's daily lives contributes to physical stress and pain syndromes. Featuring a breakout session at the 2009 ACSM Health & Fitness Summit, the DVD reviews how these conditions can be quickly reduced/alleviated through a continued, systematic progression of self-myofascial release, stretching, and corrective stretching. The DVD also includes a hands-on demonstration of how to use self-myofascial release tools, as well as instruction on strategic forms of stretching and strengthening techniques that are designed to bring the body back into proper posture and balance.
