Water 4-1-1
Description
Quite obviously, water is different than land. As such, health/fitness professionals who are water (and land) instructors need to fully understand these differences in order to best serve those individuals (clients and students) who come to them for water-fitness programming. Water 4-1-1 provides an overview of the key differences between these two vastly different types of workout environments and reviews the impact of these factors on water-fitness programming.
