The movement triad

Description

All movements of the body (including those involved with exercise) have three primary components: physiological, biomechanical, and neurological. The Movement Triad explains why it is critical to understand and consider all three components with each and every exercise, and why programs that emphasize one component only may have adverse effects on the outcome of a client's progress. In fact, the DVD points out that such a narrow approach can be potentially dangerous to a client or athlete.
