Description
Gymnastics is a sport that involves performing movement sequences that require physical strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and kinesthetic awareness. Core Gymnastics presents an overview of a fun-filled, action-packed workout that is gymnastic-centered, involving all of the aforementioned features of gymnastics, plus plyometric exercises. The underlying objective of this workout is to increase stability, coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility in a user-friendly and progressive manner.
