Continuing professional development - primary. With a cluster. 2
Description
Hillcross Primary School in the London Borough of Merton shares the skills and experience of its staff with colleagues in a cluster of other primary schools in the borough. The programme features Hillcross staff visiting a partner school to see how literacy is planned and delivered there, and to look at their Special Needs base. In return, staff from other schools in the borough visit Hillcross to find out how they organise the transition from Reception to Year 1. Hillcross's experienced SENCO gives advice to a recently-appointed Inclusion Manager from another school.
