Miranda Krestovnikoff zips around the country to get advice for a secondary NQT, Daniel Williams, on the all important role of the form tutor. First she meets up with an experienced Head Teacher, Andy Buck, who is at the helm of a brand new PFI school. He suggests ways of using the pupils to help support the form tutor with admin.
