Description
In the elegant surroundings of a modern shopping mall, maths adviser and performer Isaac Anoom presents a selection of quick-fire starter questions for teachers to use with their KS3 Maths pupils. The programme is intended to be shown in sections, with pause points for discussion, clues and sometimes even answers. Items include different ways of working out the area of an octagon, calculating percentages and VAT, working out the best value for money, a practical probability question, putting fractions in order with a card trick, and various ways of cutting a cake.
