Becoming an HLTA
Description
It takes several months to become an HLTA. We follow Michele Ferrara, a teaching assistant from Plumstead Manor School in London, as she goes through the process. We see her during the mandatory three-day preparation course that gets her ready for assessment, and back in the classroom completing the required tasks. Finally she gets a chance to see the assessment process in action before she goes for it herself.
