Description
The Maths Department at Tanbridge House School in Horsham embarks on a project to improve their teaching and make maths more stimulating for their pupils by making better use of ICT in the classroom. In this programme, the teachers are introduced to some of the new technology and try out their newly acquired skills in front of their pupils for the first time. Year 7 investigate algebraic expressions using an interactive number line, while Year 8 have fun with time and distance graphs using a data plotting range-finder.Year 9 explore rotational symmetry with dynamic geometry software and top set Year 10 investigate a problem using the latest graphical calculators.
