Each week, Resource Review experts recommend top resources which are put to the test, giving teachers the ability to make informed decisions regarding the most effective resources ranging from the best publications to the most applicable pieces of software. Adrian Fenton, Curriculum Support Manager for the Association of Science Education (ASE), reviews three resources for secondary science, Kitchen Chemistry , a new book and CD-ROM from the Royal Society of Chemistry, Genes in a Bottle lab kit from Bio Rad and the Science Live website. Teacher Jenny Hart uses Kitchen Chemistry with her Key Stage 3 class in north London, while in Bristol, teacher Justin Slowey sees what the lab kit can do when put to the test.In studio, Adrian Fenton joins presenter Hermione Cockburn to discuss the resources with the Resource Review panel featuring Roger Frost, Science Curriculum Adviser and writer, and Adrienne Jones, freelance education consultant.
